Is my business data safe?
Yes. FairInvoice has no servers for your data and requires no account. Every invoice, client, and price is stored on your device and is never uploaded anywhere. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Does FairInvoice sync to the cloud?
Not in this version. FairInvoice is local-first: your data lives on your device. Because there is no cloud sync yet, we recommend keeping your own backup of anything important (for example, exported PDFs) — uninstalling the app removes its data.
Is "unlimited invoices free" for real?
Yes. There is no cap on invoices or receipts and no trial that expires. Pro adds polish — more templates, your logo, unlimited estimates, CSV export — and there's always a pay-once lifetime option.
Can FairInvoice take payments from my clients?
No, by design. Your payment instructions (bank details, payment handles) are printed on your PDF as plain text; the payment itself happens between you and your client, wherever you already get paid.
Does it work offline?
Entirely. Creating documents, the live preview, and the dashboard all work offline. Your data is processed on your device, so no connection is needed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for any in-app purchase are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no mechanism to issue refunds directly.
