By downloading or using Mini Keyboard ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Moath Othman ("we," "us"), the app's developer.
Mini Keyboard is licensed, not sold, to you. This page covers the Android edition distributed through Google Play; your licence to use the app is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and these Terms supplement it. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict on the licence itself, the Google Play terms control; on everything specific to Mini Keyboard, these Terms control.
Mini Keyboard is a tool for reviewing your own photos and videos and freeing storage on your device. It is not a backup service, a cloud archive, or a recovery tool. Mini Keyboard never deletes anything silently: photos you swipe to remove are only staged inside the app until you review the list and confirm. The actual deletion is performed by Android's own system prompt, and removed items follow Android's standard behaviour (typically moving to your gallery's Trash / Recently Deleted, where they can be recovered for a limited time before space is reclaimed). You are responsible for the photos you choose to delete. We strongly recommend keeping your own backup of anything important before you clean up.
Mini Keyboard requires no account, no sign-in, and no personal information to work. Everything you do stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the security of the device the app is installed on; anyone with access to that device can open the app and act on your photos.
Mini Keyboard is free to install and includes a free tier you can use forever. The optional Mini Keyboard Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited swiping and every duplicate and similar-shot group. Pro is offered in three ways, and you choose which suits you:
Prices shown here are the United States baseline; the actual price, currency, and any taxes are shown in Google Play at the moment of purchase and may differ by country. All purchases are processed by Google through Google Play; payment, billing, and renewals are governed by your Google account and the Google Play Terms of Service. We never see your payment method or billing details.
Auto-renewal, free trials, and cancellation. An auto-renewing subscription (Monthly or Yearly) renews automatically for another period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions (or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Google under its Google Play refund policy; we have no mechanism to issue refunds directly.
Do not misuse the app: do not attempt to breach its security, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes. Mini Keyboard acts only on the photos and videos in your own device library, and only when you tell it to.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every duplicate, and we are not responsible for photos or videos you choose to delete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights. Because you should always keep your own backup of important photos, we are not liable for data you delete without a backup.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and in the Google Play release notes. Continued use of Mini Keyboard after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it (remember to cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play). We may discontinue features or the app with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country. Questions about these Terms? Email dark2torch@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
