Common questions

I paid and it is still locked.

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so make sure you are signed in with the same one.

I keep running out of balls.

Two things cost you most: missing, and letting a pane reach you (ten balls). Crystals are the only refill — they are usually off to one side, so taking one costs a throw and is almost always worth it. Hold to slow time if you are being rushed.

There is a pane I cannot hit.

Look for a steel plate. Balls bounce off steel, and some panes are only reachable off one — that is the puzzle, not a bug.

It makes me feel motion sick.

Settings → Reduce motion turns off the camera bob and the motion blur. It is an accessibility setting and is never behind the paywall.

I lost my progress.

Progress lives only on your device — no account, no cloud backup, which is the trade for collecting nothing about you. Your purchase is safe either way; Apple keeps that.

Does it have ads?
